Praktisch alle Gemüsesorten - und Früchte - aber eine besonders schmackhafte und nahrhafte Kombination kann einige der folgenden enthalten: Rot- oder Weißkohl, Karotten, grüne, rote oder gelbe Paprika, Zwiebeln, Rüben, Gurken, Radieschen, Sellerie, Brokkoli, Knoblauch, Blumenkohl, Rosenkohl, grüne Bohnen und ganze Kirschtomaten.
